LOOKING TO RESERVE THE PAC FOR DISTRICT USE?

The Port Washington-Saukville PAC would be thrilled to showcase your event! A district reservation is defined as any PWSSD affiliated group (class or school-supported function) looking to utilize the PWSPAC. These groups can include, but are not limited to, PTO functions & booster clubs, PWSSD clubs, PWSSD athletics & activities, PWSSD curricular & co-curricular sponsored activities.

Please complete the steps below to begin the reservation process. Teachers and staff have first priority for scheduling for the 2024-25 school year until June 30, 2024. Reservation access for September 1, 2024, through August 31, 2025, becomes open to the public on July 1, 2024, meaning all reservations are reviewed on a first come, first served basis at that time.

STEP 1 — CHECK THE CALENDAR

Make sure to review the PWSPAC Schedule Blocks calendar to view and confirm reservation availability. This is different from the PWSPAC Performances & Events calendar found on the Events page.

STEP 2 — CONTACT THE PWSPAC DIRECTOR

Please email your reservation request to the Lindzy Willborn, PWSPAC Director (lindzy.willborn@pwssd.k12.wi.us). You will be contacted within three-five business days to confirm if your reservation has been approved.

STEP 3 — SUBMIT THE PAPERWORK

Paperwork is required 30 days prior to your start date to finalize the confirmation of your reservation. Please email all paperwork to Lindzy Willborn, PWSPAC Director (lindzy.willborn@pwssd.k12.wi.us).

I. DISTRICT USAGE AGREEMENT — Required, only complete once per school year, on file for the 2024-25 school year.
II. TICKETING SET-UP INFORMATION — Only for ticketed performances or events.
