TJMS Swimming (6th - 8th grade students)
START DATE IS FEBRUARY 17th
For the 3/5 Meet at Menomonee Falls... if you plan to transport your swimmer home (instead of taking the bus back to TJ) -- the Coaches will have a form which you can sign at the meet to take your student.
The following are REQUIRED and need to be completed and turned in to the TJMS office PRIOR to the first day of tryouts.

Physical examination taken April 1 or after is valid for the following two school years.

Physical examination taken before April 1 is valid only for the remainder of that school year and the following school year.

In the year when an examination is not required, an Alternate Year Athletic Permit Card must be signed by a parent or guardian and be on file.
*Paid activity fee ($60 per school year / $120 maximum per family) must be paid before participation
If your child participated in inter-scholastic sports last year and you would like to check if a physical will be needed for the school year, please call the school office at 268-6100.
First day of practice: Monday, February 17
Practice: Monday - Thursday 2:50 - 4:00
NOTE: Students must have passed American Red Cross Level 4 swimming lessons in order to participate
